Apply for the ISOBA International Driving Certificate (IDC)

Get certified to work as a professional driver in the Gulf region. Follow these simple steps to apply:

1. Download the Application Package:
   Download Application Form (PDF)
2. Check Your Eligibility:
   You must be 18+ years old, with a valid driver’s license and passport.
3. Prepare Your Documents:
   • Completed & signed application form
   • 2 recent passport-size photos (signed on the back)
   • Copy of both sides of your driver’s license
   • Completed theory exam (included in the form)
4. Select Your Permit:
   Choose either the International Driving Certificate ($100) or the optional Driving Permit ($40), and mark your vehicle type.
5. Submit Your Application:
   Email all documents to membership@isoba.org
6. Wait for Approval:
   Your application will be reviewed in 3 days. Once approved, you'll receive an invoice.
7. Get Certified:
   After payment confirmation, your ISOBA certificate will be issued and sent to you.
